Released "SMS Proxy" source code under The MIT License

I've just released source code of my simple Android App; SMS Proxy on https://github.com/muojp/smsproxy under The MIT License.

About this app:

Forwards received SMS and/or incoming call number to other Tel. Number. Use with care not to create messaging loop(would result in awful high cost).

Any Issue-Reports and Pull-Requests are appreciated :)
